I’m excited to introduce James and his quartet to my space and share some relaxing classical and contemporary music. Looking forward to seeing you here🤗 Although I’ll have some libations and snacks, feel free to bring a picnic or something to hold yourself over before dinner.
What's the music?
The program will be an overview of music for the string quartet, ranging from Haydn and Mozart, all the way to Danish, Mexican, and West African Folk Songs!
James Keene - violin
Gina Buzzelli - violin
Jennifer Wu - viola
Nick Anton - cello
Where does this music come from?
The music we will perform ranges from Haydn, commonly called the "father of the string quartet" all the way to contemporary music. This will be a great opportunity to witness the amazing versatility of the string quartet as an ensemble.
