About
I'm a New Yorker who comes from a family of musicians. I've been obsessed with practicing and some form of music making since I was five years old. My goal is to use my music to heal and connect with others. Currently, I am part of a group that shares these same goals and wants to make a difference, using music and art as the vehicle to achieve this. I'm very excited to be a part of the Groupmuse community and look forward to sharing more with you all.
Music
I play original music that is a combination of classical, Jazz, and modern music that I love. I've learned a lot from my parents, Aaron Parks, Sullivan Fortner, Lenny White, and Jean-Luc Ponty, to name some. Wayne Shorter, Shostakovich, Bob Dylan, and Stevie Wonder are also big influences on my music, And I've learned many valuable lessons through playing with the Mahavishnu Orchestra and playing in front of Herbie Hancock, Ambrose Akinmusire and Walter Smith iii as part of the final round of the Herbie Hancock Institute audition process.
