Comprised of soprano Elise Mark and violinist Michael Shingo Crawford, Bow & Breath is a duo exploring the thrilling possibilities of voice and strings through performing electrifying arrangements of staples in the vocal repertoire as well as astonishing, yet lesser-known works by composers from the Romantic era to modern day. Elise and Michael share a passion for storytelling by presenting narrative-driven music — a mission that shines through in the duo’s programming.
