About

As a frequent soloist and chamber musician across the country, Jesse Freedman has been praised for his dynamic musicianship, and captivating stage presence. He began his studies in classical guitar at the age of 10 at the Westminster Conservatory of Music in Princeton, NJ. Since then he has gone on to study with some of most sought after guitar instructors including Kami Rowan at Guilford College and William Kanengiser and Scott Tennant at the University of Southern California. He has also performed in masterclasses for many of the most esteemed figures in the guitar world including Roland Dyens, Judicael Perroy, and Pepe Romero. As a frequent competitor in international guitar competitions, he won a host prizes and accolades including 1st prize in the 2012 Pacific Guitar Competition. Jesse has performed on stages all over the US and in Europe as both a soloist and chamber musician.
