Soprano Sammie Gorham is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, and studied at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. She has sang many operatic roles, and she has been mentioned in both the Stranger and Seattle Weekly as having a "crystalline soprano" and a "bold" performance in Susanna's Secret hosted at Mount Analogue. She is the founder and Executive Director of Seattle Modern Opera Company (SMOC).
