About

Combining speaking and live piano music Geísa Dutra has spoken to thousands of people on stages in Europe, North and South America.
Her humor and joie de vivre have made for engaging and inspiring Keynote Concerts.
Regarded as one of the top artist-teachers in the NW Geísa has recorded and produced 5 solo CDs: Brazilian and Spanish Piano Works, Chopin Preludes, El Ultimo Tango -Six Tangos by Astor Piazzolla, The Spanish Piano, and her 2021 NEW release: Gingando - 23 Short Pieces form Brazil. She is presently writing her first book.
She is the recipient of the 2019 Focus Brasil Awards Arizona, the 2017 4Culture Grant Award and 2013 Artist Trust GAP Award in Washington.
On 2015 she was the subject of a documentary filmed in Rio de Janeiro and has been featured on numerous magazines, newspapers, on ‘Live by George”, “NW Focus LIVE” at classic KING FM, and on NPR and Television.
