What's the music?
We will feature a varied program of music for clarinet, voice, and piano, including Schubert's Shepherd on the Rock, as well as some of his most beloved lieder; local composer Lori Laitman's moving piece "I never saw another butterfly" based on texts written by children during the Holocaust in Europe; songs of German composer Louis Spohr; and operatic repertoire by Mozart.
