For decades, Young Concert Artists has devoted itself to cultivating the next generation of classical music superstar. Over the course of the many years it’s been at work, it has nurtured innumerable great artists of all different ages.
And, on May 1st, YCA is celebrating the scope of this multi-generational community of artistry with their gala concert at Lincoln Center’s legendary Alice Tully Hall. What’s more: They want Groupmuse to come along!
It’ll be a kaleidoscope of music and talent representing the years and the centuries: Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for strings, Chausson’s Chanson perpetuelle, Ravel’s Introduction & Allegro. And it’ll finale with a 2 piano, 4-pianist extravaganza featuring the music of Scott Joplin, Franz Liszt, and John Phillip Sousa.
Tickets to the evening average $45 a pop, but because the YCA loves its ‘musers, we’ve got you a stack for $20! But the supply is limited, so hustle if you want in!
