There’s an old joke: “How do you get to Carnegie Hall?” “You practice.”
Well we’ve got an update: “How do you get Carnegie Hall to come to you?” “You throw a Massivemuse.”
Yes, it’s true, and we're beaming with pride to announce that Carnegie Hall’s Ensemble Connect, comprised of some of the finest young classical musician in the world, is throwing down for February’s Massivemuse!
On February 24th, we’ll gather in a breathtakingly beautiful Art Nouveau gem right in Union Square. It used to be called La Belle Époque. Willem De Kooning used to live there. But it hasn’t hosted events for years and years. Well, they’re about to change that for Groupmuse, for Carnegie Hall, and for you.
Doors are at 7.30pm, tickets are $25 (and $20 for supermusers) and they’re gonna fly, so join us!
Important note: The Massivemuse will be in a gorgeous but pretty bare old ball room, so if you want some rear-end comfort, bring a blanket to sit on! Or a floor cushion, or a lawn chair, it's all good. Blanket's coziest, though.
What's the music?
