Where does this music come from?

The program is a musical trip with piano pieces from Brazil (Villa-Lobos, Clarisse Leite, Camargo Guarnieri) and traditional european piano music (Chopin, Beethoven, Debussy, Schumann). It paints a vibrant landscape of passionate, singful, dancing and poetic moments that build bridges between diverse times and cultures. It includes also choro music (same origins as "Samba") in unique arrangements made by Cristian Budu for piano.
