What's the music?

Pianist Daniel Anastasio takes listeners through a musical story of patterns, sequences, and recall. Featuring music by J.S. Bach, Francois Couperin, Ludwig van Beethoven, Nikolai Medtner, Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel, Bill Evans, and more.

Where does this music come from?

Throughout the history of classical music, composers have used common patterns and chords in remarkable ways to create powerful stories and inspire a communal spiritual connection in us. This program will demonstrate that idea, taking you through music from the Baroque Era all the way to today.
