🎤 About Hillary Bonhomme:
Hillary Bonhomme is a performer, composer, and multi-disciplinary artist originally from Southwest Louisiana, and based in New York for the past 10 years. Her interest in writing music began with her work as a radio producer, which led to composing and performing her original music. *Hillary’s solo act has been toured across the US and abroad. She continues to collaborate with filmmakers, choreographers, and podcast producers from around the world.

In 2026, she was an artist in residence at jentel artist residency in Banner, WY, Banff Musicians in Residence at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, and the House of Cards at the Honey Locust Residency in Arnaudville, LA. Last year, she traveled to Crete, Greece for the Mudhouse Residency.

Hillary is the founder and director of glacial humming, a music-social practice where participants sing and connect through Hillary’s concept pieces for ensemble.

Her sound is influenced by her admiration of Nina Simone, Meredith Monk, Phillip Glass, and Beverly Glenn-Copeland.
