Our brilliant friends at Delirium Musicum -- the astonishingly great chamber orchestra that calls LA its hometown, has got their next breathtaking performance in the works, and we're invited along for a Night Out!

This Saturday, 7.30pm at the beautiful First Presbyterian Church of Santa Monica, DM will regale us with tune tales from around the world -- with a particular focus on traditional Korean pieces performed with the fire and electricity the Delirium is famous for. It's part of their Voices of LA initiative; in their words:

Voices of L.A. is a new initiative of Delirium Musicum chamber orchestra that celebrates the rich and varied diversity of cultures and musical traditions present in L.A.’s communities. It features musicians and works from both western classical and traditional ethnic music repertoires, and premieres newly-written compositions that marry western orchestral instruments with traditional instruments from our partner cultures to illuminate the interconnectedness of musical language at the core of inspiring, and striving, relationships between cultural communities.

Tickets typically run $35, but we've got a Groupmuse exclusive stack for only $15! Supplies, however, are limited, so make your move!

What's the music?
