Jay J. (they/them)

Hello folks! Violist Jay Julio (jayjulio.com) here, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to a concert of new and old music at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church right next to Central Park! As one half of harp-viola duo Eleventh Hour, I've had the pleasure of working with harpist Violetta Maria Norrie for several years in original music and arrangements for this instrumental combination.

What's the music?

Eleventh Hour Viola and harp

Benjamin Britten - Lachrymae
Margaret Bonds - Three Dream Portraits (arr. Dr. Ashley Jackson)
Toru Takemitsu - Toward the Sea (arr. Eleventh Hour)
Nicanor Abelardo - Kundiman (arr. Eleventh Hour)
Florence Price - Elfentanz (arr. Eleventh Hour)
