About

NMCH decided to become a pianist at the age of ten after hearing Ludwig Van Beethoven's Appassionata. She received valuable training from renowned pianists Cyprien Katsaris, Ivan Ilić and Irakly Avaliani. At the same time, she studied composition with Jean-Louis Fabre. She began composing in 2022 and has written several notable pieces in her own unique style, which is classically influenced but with a high-tech, urban and highly rhythmic character. She describes her music as narrative and sees her concerts as solo performances. ‘Like Frida Kahlo with her portraits, I tell my story through music.’

Music

When it comes to classical music, I mainly play Beethoven, although I also enjoy Brahms and Schubert. Nowadays I mainly play my own compositions: La traque, La voix, Infarctus, Ergo tantum, for example. Although I work according to the rules of tonal composition, my music is high-tech and urban, rhythmic and rooted in the present.
