 2pm-doors open 2pm\; POTLUCK dinner buffet\n\nCatherine Doss is a pianist 
 based in Manassas\, Virginia. Recent appearances include the Cliburn Amate
 ur Festival\, PianoTexas\, and the Washington International Piano Artists 
 Competition\, where she was a top prizewinner. An avid chamber musician an
 d collaborative pianist\, she has worked with the Wilmington Choral Societ
 y\, Interlochen Arts Camp\, and Pensacola Opera\, where she served as Musi
 c Director of the Artists in Residence Program. Catherine holds bachelor's
  and master's degrees in Piano Performance from the University of Cincinna
 ti College-Conservatory of Music.\n\nMaggie is an accomplished mezzo-sopra
 no who has performed leading and supporting roles with companies including
  the Victorian Lyric Opera Company\, Bel Cantanti Opera\, Shakespeare Oper
 a Theatre\, Marble City Opera\, Knoxville Opera\, Asheville Lyric Opera\, 
 Brevard Music Center\, and the University of Tennessee Opera Theatre. Care
 er highlights include the title role in the world premiere of Larry Deling
 er's Medea\, Katisha in The Mikado\, Dorothée in The Anonymous Lover\, an
 d appearances in Ruddigore\, Hansel and Gretel\, Rigoletto\, The Ballad of
  Baby Doe\, and La fille du régiment. Equally at home on the concert stag
 e\, she performs regularly with Sopranessence\, Opera on Tap\, and the Fri
 day Morning Music Club\, and was a semifinalist in the professional musica
 l theatre division of the 2024 CS Music Competition. A dedicated educator 
 since 2016\, Maggie teaches voice and piano while serving as Director of C
 ommunications and Outreach for Sopranessence\, where she leads publicity a
 nd community engagement initiatives.\n\n\nUn Été Français\n\nWith every
 thing going on these days\, we wanted to put together a program that is si
 mply enjoyable — music that is beautiful\, entertaining\, and uplifting.
  Un Été français (A French Summer) brings together French and French-in
 spired works for solo piano and voice\, with works by Debussy\, Ravel\, Ha
 hn\, Chaminade\, Messiaen\, Chopin\, and contemporary composers.\n\nAdvanc
